For over 25 years I have watched the industry evolve and expand. New products and contracts routinely dot the landscape while firms morph and transform, adapting to this ever changing business. The tools and technology we use were barely imaginable when I started running orders at the CBOT in the 90s yet we continue to learn and build making this an incredible journey for all of us. But through this change there has been one constant; Melinda Schramm and NIBA have been there every step of the way. This passion and dedication to our industry is it’s lifeblood and I’m honored to be part of it.
