On Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. CT/4:30 p.m. ET, NFA and the NIBA will hold a webinar discussing NFA supervision requirements as they pertain to hybrid and remote work environments.
During the webinar, representatives from NFA and the NIBA will discuss, among other things:
- Oversight of remote APs and employees;
- Supervision of broker communications, order handling and trading activities;
- Technology and information security; and
- Recordkeeping.
Representatives will also respond to questions submitted by attendees.
There is no charge to attend the webinar; however, registration is required.
